How to handle your narcissist co-parent?

You thought that when the divorce was done, you'd be free right?

WRONG!

Your high-conflict, narcissistic ex won't give up that easily. In fact, now that you're divorced, communications have likely become more abusive, more toxic, more difficult and more traumatic.

You've read that going "no contact" is best when dealing with these people. But how do you do that when you're forced to communicate because you have children together? And even though ChatGTP is free, it doesn't protect you from having to read your ex's abusive messages and attacks.

Your ex threatens you, tries to control you, uses the children as pawns against you and alienates you. They bash you at every turn. It's called "Post-Separation Abuse" and it is very real.

The courts won't help. Mediators are useless, And you're looking at another 10+ years of dealing with this nightmare while the kids grow up. You feel alone. Powerless.

This is where I come in. I protect you from the harmful messages, I am the filter. I stop the abuse. You never see it. Your ex is communicating with me and they never know it.
